This few days really busy at work ah...Almost everyday need to work over-time..Even those I not on call i also need to stay back coz got case added in my Theater and is alway GA..Sianzzz... Still remember on Wed my Theater was so busy until i nv take my breakfast and lunch,Morning overslep no time to buy bread then thought of ordering lunch but in the end forgot plus Theater so busy no time to order then end up with no foods haha..By 3pm in the afternoon i was so Hypo,i go take my blood sugar lucky it was 5.2mml not less then 3mml haha...Dinner i meet Lee Yan give her her birthday present then have Mac for dinner i ate Grilled Chicken Fold Over Yummy!!
This few days i really watched my diet..Finally i really can control the way i eat..Ha..Ha... Jus this week alone i lost abt 4kg..SO HAPPY!!! i gt another 3 weeks so i hope can lost abt 8kg this month... Ok lah..wanna go ZzzZzz liao night night!!!
