I was sick but still have to go attend the C.P.R lesson no choice, send by my nurse manager and my c.p.r also expired in may this yr so i have to retake before the j.c.i audit come. the lesson start at 8.30am and end at 5.30 but i was the 1st one that go for the test so i finished early at 2.30pm..so tired coz had been pumping since morning ah.. We have to do 1 man c.p.r, 2 man c.p.r, infrant c.p.r, chocking unconscious and conscious for adult as well as chocking for infrant.
Kneel on the floor pump and pump.. 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and 5...blow...1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and 10 blow.. 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and 15 blow.. Have to pump and count, have to give 2 blow after every 15 counts no air no, no strength.. tomorrow the buttok sure pain wan ha..ha. any way i all 1st attepmt passed dun need to repeat so i went off early..ha..ha.. Shiok..
Hazlin birthday coming l.s.m passed me the money to asked me buy the present coz she went to vitnam for work i become the in-charge ah.. dunno what to buy so headache ah.. hm..ok lah go zzz liao..night...
