I feel really bad... I hate myself.. I hate myself.. I hate myself!! I should have follow up.. Haizz..
Tml bring my dad to see his company doc and get referal letter to have his Pty remove in my company so i'm on Family Care Leave.
Dunno wat will happen the day after tml when i go back to work. Dunno will i kanna the incident that happen today? What will the argency nurse say? Haizz...
What i can say now is "When the boat reach the bridge heard it will automantic be straight".. 船到娇头自然值..
I really very very tired today.. Stay back til 6.30pm coz something happen..
I still feel bad, really bad.. super bad.. I shall have follow up..
