Went for Customer Service course from Monday - Tuesday.
Wat did i learn?
I'm entittle to $150 empower fund for service recovery. Anyway i dun think i will use it..
Day 1 of the course i'm active and can even asked Elaine and Jean out to shop for friends b'day present but Day 2 i'm totally switch off coz i have really finish using up every single 1 of my brain cells and it is not in time to replace within 24 hrs.
Eventually i dunno why i can still go shopping and bought 1 short, 1 dress and a cardigan.. Strange!!
Read Limin blog.. I like to read her blog coz her blog is damn interesting and funny..
She is selling those door to door ice-cream and some funny incident happen.. I keep laughing after reading her blog so i decide to blog it here..
Incident 1:
Pressed the door bell once.
Nobody answer.
Pressed again.
Just when I was about to leave,
a boy opened the door. (some primary school kid)
after explaining my agenda,
he replied,
"I don't want to buy ice cream.. Auntie, the doorbell next time press one time can liao.."
.........................
I guess the kid must have some problems differentiating between
AUNTIES and MISS.
Nevertheless,
I won't hold grudges with kids.
Incident 2
Came to this unit,
front door wide open.
With no lights.
Dim dark right in.
I tried to knock, said hello,
no response.
Just then,
I saw a very very old woman.
I cant see any part of her body apart from her face.
There's this "light" shining upon her face( just imagine how spooky),
dead silence.
She turned her head to my direction in slow motion.
I screamed and ran away.
I was panting heavily when I reached the lobby.
damn.
I left my trolley of ice cream there.
so I ran back, to take the damn trolley.
Anyways, later in the day,
I learnt it was "Earth day" today.
zzzzzzz.
She really damn funny and her blog is really damn interesting loi.. lolxx
