Happy and enjoyable long weekend for me.
Meet up birdy to buy Ah Chui present.
Went Ion, we settle within 10 mins in Ion..
Tat was super fast.. Haha..
Went down to bedok..
Bought 2 dresser and a top.
Love it to the max..
Hee hee..
Women just love shopping..
After dinner went and visit Birdy dad,
He just done his heart surgery.
No time to visit him when he was in the hospital,
So visted him after discharge..
Wish him a speedy recovery.
Really have to take care of our own health.
Stay active, stay healthy.
Each of us are responsible for our own health.
Less sweet drink,
Less cake,
Less oil and salt..
The way to stay healthy..
Now aday when i drink bubble tea,
my sugar level is either 0% or 25%..
Worry to get diabetis.
Worry to get hight blood.
Stay healthy,
